They come in sizes medium and large, and the prepacked cup arrives with peat moss as a habitat — keep it moist until your super worms are ready to be consumed. If you buy in bulk, have some peat moss on hand, and some sliced vegetables to sustain your superworms. Please don’t refrigerate the mealworms—it will kill them.
